“Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero”

My information

My faith is a central foundation in my life. As a practicing Catholic, I strive to live with integrity, discipline, humility, and service—principles that shape how I lead, how I work, and how I show up for my family. My faith reminds me that leadership is stewardship, and that success is measured not just by results, but by character.

Outside of healthcare, I’m driven by movement and adventure. I love surfing, running, mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and training year-round. Physical challenge resets my focus and strengthens both body and mindset. Some of our favorite family memories include running local 5Ks together, surf trips to Nicaragua, and traveling to the mountains to snowboard as a family. I believe shared experiences build resilience and connection.

Entrepreneurship is also part of our family journey. My wife and I have built ventures together—including our RV rental business and her speech therapy practice—as a way to create opportunity, autonomy, and long-term impact. Building something meaningful from the ground up has taught us patience, grit, and strategic thinking beyond traditional employment.

At home, I enjoy building and creating—garage projects, hands-on construction, mechanical work, and teaching my kids practical skills. Whether we’re working on motorcycles, learning how tools function, or tackling a new project together, I want them to understand how things work, how to solve problems, and how to build with their hands. I’m intentional about teaching them financial literacy, work ethic, and responsibility early in life.

Above all, I value being present. I believe strong families create strong leaders. My greatest investment isn’t in a title or role—it’s in raising disciplined, kind, capable young men and building a life rooted in faith, adventure, and purpose.
