About Me

Originally from Miami, Florida, I relocated to Jacksonville in 2015 to pursue my professional career in healthcare. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2019 and have since gained experience across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings, with a focus on neurologic populations.

To expand my leadership and operational skill set, I completed my MBA in Healthcare Management in 2022. My career has evolved beyond clinical practice into supporting rehabilitation operations, compliance initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and system-level performance improvement.

I bring a dual perspective to healthcare leadership—frontline clinical understanding paired with strategic and operational insight. My goal is to strengthen systems, support teams, and improve sustainable outcomes within complex healthcare environments.
